Arun holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from MG University, India. He worked at SABIC Research Centre from 2014 - 2016 in Product Design where he developed a novel technique to 3D print short carbon fiber composites. He received his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 from IIT Gandhinagar. Here, he developed an integrated simulation and experimental setup for active noise cancellation in 3D space, which was presented at the International Congress on Acoustics, Germany. Arun served as Deputy Manager in Product Design at Volvo-Eicher from 2019 - 2021 where he contributed to product development and optimization. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research at the Bio-sensing and Bio-robotics Lab, focusing on techniques for neural imaging and tools for neuro-engineering applications.
